Eminem managed to do it again, killin Mariah with his latest track, “The Warning.” Eminem first started this feud with a track entitled “Bagpipes from Baghdad” off his latest album, Relapse. He spends more than half the song dissing Mariah and husband Nick Cannon, with lyrics like “Nick Cannon better back the fuck up/I’m not playin, I want her back you punk/” and “I ain’t playin’ no fuckin’ more, Nick Cannon you prick, I wish you luck with the fuckin whore”.

After the release of the album and word of the content of this song reached Mariah and Nick, Mariah denied ever having anything to do with Em, and husband Nick Cannon said, “I see homeboy is still obsessed with my wife”, later challenging Eminem to a fight. Mariah fired back by releasing new track, “Obsessed” with lyrics like “Why you so obsessed with me? Boy I wanna know – Lyin that you’re sexin me, it’s clear that you’re upset with me…” Her video even shows a stalker following her around who is clearly supposed to represent Em.

Upon seeing this, and the media backing “Team Mariah.” Eminem got pissed and decided to retaliate once again with his latest track, “The Warning.” This time, his entire song was devoted to Mr. and Mrs. Cannon. Lyrics include “I’m ‘obsessed’ now / Oh gee, that supposed to be me in the video with the goatee / Wow Mariah, didn’t expect her to go balls out / Bitch shut the f**k up / Before I put all those phone calls out / That you made to my house / When you was wild ’n out before Nick / When you was on my dick / and give you something to smile about” and “It’s a warning shot / Before I blow up your whole spot / Call my bluff and I’ll release every f**king thing I’ve got / Including the voicemails right before your flipped your top.” The song gets MUCH more graphic and Eminem even says “Im a hair away from getting carried away and getting sued.”

So, it’s Eminem 2, Team Mariah 1. We’ll see what happens next. Eminem sure is good at dishing it out, as we’ve seen throughout his musical career, but he’s not so good at taking it. Suck it up, Em. After all, what did you think would happen??
