Up until a few years ago the conventional wisdom stated that strategy games wouldn’t work on consoles. Recent releases have proven that false, but the advent of the downloadable platforms means more developers are willing to take a chance on a console strategy title.
Developer W!Games today announced Greed Corp, a turn based strategy title, for the Playstation Network. The game sees four different factions vying for scarce resources while trying to keep their own territory viable. Up to 4 players can play, locally or online.
Greed Corp will be released next month on PSN.
