OK, I’m not exactly sure if this just an isolated pocket or if it’s across the board; Apparently there is a bit of confusion on how to claim Guitar Hero Van Halen. The first thing you want to do is secure that little red sticker that was on the front of the packaging of the game box, with out it you are screwed. The next thing you’ll want to do: (Instead of brutalizing your eyes on the fine print on the back of the sticker) Go to http://hub.guitarhero.com/vanhalengameoffer/index.php and fil in your information. After you have finished and you are on step 3 of 3, collect the information that is required to be sent in to Activision and get that stuff in the mail ASAP.
