I’m sure most of you gamers out there are wondering how the game releases in 2010 are ever going to top the releases of 2009. With the release of such hyped up titles like Modern Warfare 2 and Left 4 Dead 2, the year 2009 went out with a big bang for the gaming world. Never fear, gamers. There are many more titles being released in 2010. Here is a preview of what the new year brings for us:

Mass Effect 2 (Xbox360, PC)

This sequel to the 2007 smash is sure to be a hit with voices from actors like Martin Sheen and Seth Green. This game is set to be released on January 26, 2010.

God Of War 3 (PS3)

This is first time a God of War game has been released on the PS3 and everyone is really looking forward to this release. Expect battles, cool new moves, and a lot of blood. This game is set to be released sometimes in March.

Splinter Cell: Conviction (Xbox 360)

After many delays, the latest Splinter Cell will finally be released. Will the spy finally
uncover the truth about the death of his daughter? We’ll have to wait and see when this game is released on February 23rd.

Gran Turismo 5 (PS3)

Gran Turismo is undoubtedly one of the most highly recognized game titles out there. The latest and fifth in the series is one we can’t wait for! This game will finally be released in March 2010.

Halo: Reach (Xbox 360)

Another very highly anticipated title, Halo: Reach is projected to be one of 2010′s greatest releases. Will it live up to its high expectations? We’ll see for ourselves sometime in fall 2010.

Final Fantasy XIII (PS3, Xbox 360)

Yet another title in the long lasting series, FFXIII is sure to keep it’s fans happy with an intense story line and better than ever graphics. This game will be available to both the PS3 and the Xbox 360 on March 9, 2010.

Bioshock 2 (PS3, Xbox360)
The first title left us with so many burning questions. Will this latest installment answer those questions for us and deliver such an intriguing storyline as its predecessor? All of our questions should be answered on February 9th.

Red Dead Redemption (PS3)
What do you get when you throw Grand Theft Auto and an old Western movie in a blender? Red Dead Redemption is said to be an interesting mix of the two. I don’t know about you, but this one I’m a little skeptical about. Will it be as interesting as it sounds? We’ll see when this game becomes available on April 27th.
